1. Consultation
We begin by consulting with you to gain a comprehensive understanding of your business objectives, the talent strategy needed to support these objectives, your organizational values, and the key attributes you prioritize in sales talent.
2. Candidate Qualification
Before we introduce any candidates to your organization, each one undergoes a rigorous qualification process that includes at least two stages. This process is designed to align their motivations, competencies, and values with your requirements. Initial telephone screenings focus on understanding candidates’ career motivations and familiarizing them with common career paths in tech sales and business development. This is followed by an in-person or video interview that assesses the skills and competencies essential for success in a sales career. We also conduct thorough reference checks to supplement this process.
3. Interview Facilitation and Placement
We provide support throughout all stages of the hiring process, including interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for both the candidate and your organization.
4.Post Placement Athlete Mentoring
Upon placement, all candidates will benefit from ongoing mentoring provided by Arc. This support aims to facilitate a successful integration into your organization and foster their professional development.
